De-synchronizing (desync) - your client stops updating actions of yourself or others, but the server keeps track of events continuing to happen. Dust now desyncs. You can desync from another player, and no longer have your client update their act...

I've noticed it happens 100% of the time if you fire and THEN zoom in while still firing. Not sure if that's what you're experiencing, but guaranteed way to make it impossible to aim.

Do you have 2 of the same item equipped somewhere? Like the same shield extender equipped in 2 slots? If you do, that's why. You have 30 total, not 30 in each of those slots.

It seems like if you hipfire, and after you hold R1 then you hold L1, your recoil goes absolutely crazy, and the gun jumps all over the place. It's totally distracting the amount of spazzing out the gun does and it's pretty impossible to transit...
